HOW WE TEACH
Useful work.
Facts you can check.
You make the call.
An “AI employee” is a software helper. You give it a job, rules, and facts about your business. It is not a person. It can make mistakes.
Picture a report from your AI team. It shows leads to call, posts to check, and work that needs a fix. Build toward that one helper at a time. Set clear rules. Check the facts. You choose what each helper may do.
At Agentic Growth Strategies, we help sales, marketing, and office teams work together. Start with a real need. Keep a person in charge of choices that affect your business.
BEFORE YOU START
A few things
worth knowing.
Is the organization preview running real AI?
No. It is an interactive simulation with made-up business events and planned handoffs. It shows what you can learn to build toward. It does not read your data, run AI, send messages, or change your business tools.
What can I use today, and what is coming soon?
The free course, prompt builders, starter files, and Sales Analyst sample are available now. The specialist kits and full department training are coming soon. The roadmap shows planned roles and lessons, not a complete library you can use today.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Start with a simple request in an AI tool. We teach you how to set up a work folder, use files, and write clear steps. Then you learn to build AI employees and link tools.
Is this really free?
Yes. The starter kit and main course are free. You do not need a payment card. Some AI tools may cost extra. You can ask Nathan for paid help, but you do not have to. We may offer a paid plan later. Joining its waitlist does not charge you.
Do I have to use both Codex and Claude Code?
No. Start with one. We show you how both tools can use the same folder. Use one tool to edit files at a time. Save a note about your work before you switch.
How do I go from one employee to an AI staff?
Learn the tools first. Build one helper and check its work. Then add helpers for sales, marketing, and daily tasks. They can share files and pass on reports. Test each link. Add a team lead when needed. The kit has one Sales Analyst to try. You learn to build the rest of your team.
Will this run my business on its own?
No. You get lessons, prompts, sample files, and a place to save your work. You run tasks in your AI tool. To link apps or run tasks on a schedule, you need more setup, tests, and the right access.
Do I need to upload business or customer data?
No. Use the made-up examples first. You can skip your business profile. Filling it out does not link your sales app or email. If you use real files later, share only what the task needs. Check who can see and keep that data.
What if I want help setting it up?
You can ask Nathan for help with a task, an app, or your AI staff. The form saves your request. It does not book a call. You can keep learning for free whether or not you ask for help.
ONE PROBLEM IS ENOUGH TO START

its first useful AI employee.
